Just bought a house via Metro Mortgage's Ludington, Mich. office and cannot say enough good things about our team there. Buying a home is always a little nerve-wracking and this was more so because we lived 800 miles away and were not familiar with the people or the area. Also, we had a few complications on our side that needed time, knowledge and attention. Bottom line, I cannot imagine landing this deal if I'd gone with a big out-of-town bank. Or, it would have taken a lot longer and been incredibly frustrating. My two primary loan officers were easy to reach, quick to respond and had good ideas when it came to finding solutions.
